Is that 100 mg of elemental magnesium from glycinate conducive to decreased sleep latency or would it be needed in slightly higher amounts? Also a full day of eating would be pretty dope to see from you! Keep killing it brotha
Personally test everything with a minimum effective dosage framework - “how little do I need until marginal return starts to diminish?”
Found the sweet spot to be 800mg MgGly (14% * 800mg = 112mg elemental Mg). If you’re taking it alongside glycine and start to push past that 800mg mark, some start to notice restlessness due to the excess glycine levels.
Some other factors that will matter: bodyweight, current Mg stores/tolerance, daily intake preceding sleep.
And can definitely build out a typical nutrition day in the coming weeks.
